To celebrate World Book Day and all our favourite bookish characters Leixlip Library are holding two free after school Go Fly Your Kite arts and crafts events where we would love some of our younger members to join us for our Mary Poppins workshop where we will have fun, learn a little about kites and Mary Poppins, take part in a performance of Mary Poppins, watch video clips from the film, take home a Mary Poppins word search puzzle and design and make your own kite.
You can even come along in fancy dress as your favourite book character (optional).
Suitable for ages 6-8 years and 8-10 years.
